Kevin was great. He really helped us in selling our house quickly. He was our second agent with the property, and was much more responsive than the first we had. I wish we could have gotten more for the home, but the fact that it sold at all in the current economy was great. Furthermore, our closing did not go as planned, it was delayed, and then the bank did not release the money. This was no fault of Kevin's, as it was the buyers mortgage company. Since the paperwork was all signed, Kevin offered to stay and bring us our check, which was great because we were on our way out of town. I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone interested in buying or selling in the area.

About Kevin J Darby
I have been active in real estate since 2006 in Georgia, Florida, and currently, North Carolina.
Married in 1981 to my best friend, Syntcha. We have two adult children, John and Kelly, who live close. John and his wife, Jennipher, have two children, Declan and Roman. Being a papa has changed my life in a deep and profound way.
Starting in 2020 we worship together in a small community of faith (house church), after serving over forty years in worship ministries in an international family of churches. My gifts and passion are in helping churches (of all kinds) in their worship as well as composing and producing music.
My hobbies include gourmet cooking and growing food with hydroponics.
